CONSECRATE

 

Oh, Lord God,

we dedicate this place

to you

for your service.

We acknowledge

your sovereign blessing —

this gift of love —

and we freely give it back.

Our heartfelt prayer

is for this dwelling

to be utilized as

an extension of your love

to all who cross our threshold.

We love you, Lord.

We thank you, Lord,

for each precious step

that draws us closer to you.

Now, Lord,

as we continue to walk

with you,

we joyfully offer our lives

as a sacrifice of praise.
