Opportunity

I have heard people equate the process of watching snow melt with boredom.

Usually I would agree with the idea without questioning the assumption.

This particular winter has given me a glimpse into an alternate perspective.

I am exceptionally excited about the thrilling opportunity to witness the thaw.

Some seasons in life are enjoyed more as distant memories.

I will miss observing the deer weaving through the forest.

Their favorite trails will soon be hidden from my view.

Thankfully the LORD provides special delights in every season.

New wonders will be revealed for me to enjoy and ponder.
