Rock Tumbler

I bounce ideas around in my head

until all of the surfaces are smooth.

Like with a rock tumbler,

I add a little grit and polish to get the job done.

In too many situations,

I overload myself with possible scenarios.

Thankfully, with God’s help,

I’m learning what’s worth putting through the process.

He is training me to identify

common distractions

from unpolished gems.
