Prudent Prayers

I’ve decided to change the emphasis of one of my prayers.

Praying specifically is prudent.  Parameters can be noteworthy.

I had been praying to see alligators.  

I saw a huge one in our neighborhood.

My respect level skyrocketed.   

The massive brute was at least twelve feet long.

Now I’m praying that none surprise me.   

I want to see them before they see me.

I want to be prayed up and not preyed upon!

Leisure strolls through this quiet neighborhood still require alertness.

Watchfulness and wisdom enable freedom to be explored and enjoyed.
