We all seem to have an internal Freak-out Button.
I've used mine a few times already this month.
When I get overwhelmed, flustered, and confused,
I turn off my smile and get very quiet.
I’m not usually fuming.
I’m usually
praying.
I find it easier to listen when I stop trying to fix things.
Thankfully, Holy Spirit is patiently teaching me
to turn my Freak-out Button from play mode to pause.
I'm also learning to use an internal Reset Button.
