Dreamy Expectations

The damp, cold air is even keeping the wildlife in hiding.

Dreary weather can be gloomy and a bit depressing.

My tendency is to shut down and hide from dull, overcast skies.

I have to remind myself that the weather is not my source of joy.

Its power over me can be limited or even eliminated.

Our attitudes can draw us to soothing situations.

Dreamy expectations can transport us to more pleasant places.

I’ve asked the LORD to bless the day and reveal hidden treasures.

I trust Him to guide me and show me where to explore.

Today will be a fun adventure.  I never travel alone!
