I listened to the birds sing and I watched the sun rise this
morning.
I was even able to smile when I noticed the frost covered
fields.
I knew the sun would soon melt away all traces of the chilly
night.
I welcomed the warmth and the signs of new growth.
Soon there will be new possibilities budding all over the
place.
New life will quickly push last year’s accomplishments out
of the way.
I will release memories of seasons past and embrace this new
season.
