A strange memory just popped into my head.

I remember watching June Cleaver cleaning her house.

She wore a dress, high heels, and pearls.

Even as a child, I knew that was not normal.

I enjoyed watching the black and white reruns.

I have a very exciting day planned.

My nest needs some personal attention.

I’m going to put on a sundress, sandals, and pearls.

It’s time to clean house. 

I might as well dress for the occasion.

A quirky touch of humor will help motivate me.
